Over 13 years of management experience, working out of services and complex products  in the areas of business and political analytics, reputation consultancy, PR, marketing, markets research.

Over 10 years experience in strategic consulting, employee evaluation, HR needs assessment, corporate training, reengineering of policies and procedures.

Mr. Andrewshin was previously Deputy director of Center of social help to a families and children’s, Head of Consulting center in organization of public health services and new technologies of a mental health care (Saint Petersburg V.M. Bekhterev Psychoneurological Research Institute) from 2006 to 2008, Director of consulting department Consulting Group Reshenie: Consulting and Market Research (Strategic consulting, Market research of industrial products and services, Market research of products and services for individual clients) from 2004 to 2006, Partner, R&D Director of Consulting group «Sodeistvie» (HR-consulting, recruitment, corporate training) from 2001 to 2004, Head of regional branch of Analytic Center «New Image» (Political and Corporate Analytic, PR) in 1999 – 2001.

Mr. Andrewshin also worked in more than 80 independent projects in election campaign, business and political analytics, marketing, brand management, web site development and promotion.
